The key issues of the campaign are...
Southbury & Turkey Street Loop
- Only two trains an hour causing severe over crowding problems
- The timetable is unreliable, and the recent changes just make things worse
- People are getting to work late because of the rail service - but ticket prices keep going up
- Trains are withdrawn from the Enfield Lock & Brimsdown line without any advance notice or explanation
- Trains are over crowded across the borough's services
- Ticket offices are often unmanned
- CCTV is often NOT working
- There is no security at night.
Enfield Town - London Liverpool Street
- Overcrowded Carriages
- Poor value for money
- Extend the Oyster System to Enfield Stations
- More carriages at peak times
- Communication to passengers poor

The highest level of concern to date comes from passengers using Turkey Street and Southbury stations and therefore our camapiagn begins this week with the distribution of pre paid postcards to commuters.
Earlier this year a petition of some 1300 signatures was delivered to politicians and the rail operating company but as yet there have been empty promises and no improvement. This campaign's success will depend on highlevels of support from rail users, but will also require stamina! Keep sending us informatuon about your rail experience and we will keep knocking on the door of managment and government until they deliver changes for the better.
